FIRST CONCERT FOR 8 AND 9 YR OLD

BEST SHOW EVER!!

We had seats in section 6, which is where band moved to when they moved off the main stage. This show was so uplifting and joyful that I never wanted it to end! If Imagine Dragons had scheduled a 2nd or 3rd or even 4th night I would have wanted to be there for all of them. I've been going to concerts since 1978 and this was THE BEST EVER!!

GREAT MUSIC, ODD VENUE

We really enjoyed the music bottom line. I thought the venue was way too small for this concert. The amphitheater was packed beyond its limits - too many people. The set up cuts off the audience response to the music b/c of the structure over the seating area. If it had been played at the Great American Ballpark across the river, you would have felt the audience feedback to the stage area. It also limited what ID could do to engage the crowd. I'm unsure why this location was selected but I think it took away from the potential of the experience. The headliners are too popular now to select a venue this small. The music was great but the performance and crowd engagement could have been much more.

LOVE THE BAND, VENUE AND SECURITY TERRIBLE

My son is autistic. He connects to very few things, but Imagine Dragons music has been something that sends him singing and dancing. Driving 5 hours to see them was a no brainer when I found out they were in Nashville. We spent over $500 for us to get basically front row tickets and then bought an additional seat to keep empty so he didnt feel crowded. At one point the band walked back up to the front stage right past us. I switched places with my son so he could high five them, only to have a very large woman come out of no where and push him back so she took the place on the outside and high fived them. She then returned to her seat in the back once they were gone. We were both very disappointed. This happened most of the night. After Grace finished and they did set changes there was a constant stream of people pushing their way towards the front and pushing us so they could get in our rows. The band is the incredible and the most talented group I have ever seen live!

GOOD MUSIC, COULDN’T SEE A THING

Music and the band was great, drums and base was not very prominate, which was upsetting and there was some distortion. My whole family bought $90.00 tickets but could not see a thing the entire show because everyone was standing and the seats are not staggered enough to see over the people in front of you. There were people standing on seats and in the isles, I have been to several concerts at different venues and standing on the seats is not allowed. Security did nothing about this. It would have been nice to see the band perform. The exit strategy is horrible, there is only one way in and out. Not good took over 40 minutes to leave the venue. Would have been worth the $ if I could have seen anything, almost would have been better watching it on TV.

FLOG THE SOUNDMAN

The performances the entire night were amazing. All 3 bands put on a tremendous show. The sound left a lot to be desired, though. The drums and bass sounded like they were in the mud - no definition whatsoever. Also, the show seemed quieter than it should have been. But unfortunately for the Spectrum in Charlotte, my last show was Roger Waters in Greensboro, probably the best sounding show I’ve ever seen.
