We are NOT a venue and can only assist with tickets purchased from this website. All other enquiries should be directed to the venue box office or appropriate ticket sellers themselves.
Many theatres are gradually reopening and hope to commence the new Broadway season from September 2021. However, audiences may be required to have had a COVID vaccine in order to attend a performance or show proof of a negative test. Additional measures such as wearing a mask and social distancing may also still be in place. Please contact the venue directly with any queries.
Many theatres are also taking increased measures to ensure the continued safety of their patrons, including providing alcohol-based hand sanitizer for public use and increasing cleaning frequencies.

Tickets purchased through this site are fully guaranteed.
Should your event be cancelled by the venue, then our support team will contact you with information on how to proceed depending on whether the event can be rescheduled, or whether it is to be cancelled. Please always quote your booking reference in any communications with us.
If your event has been postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. For some rescheduled events, the primary source of the tickets will reissue all previously purchased tickets with new bar codes. If this occurs we will deliver new tickets to you and remind you to discard your old tickets.
Please note that if you wish to cancel your ticket and the event has not been cancelled by the official venue, we will not be able to issue you with any form of compensation.
If an event is canceled with no rescheduled date, you will receive full compensation for the purchase price (including service and delivery fees) in the form of a monetary refund or a credit for use on a future purchase or, as determined at our sole discretion (this may vary by jurisdiction).
Now that we are starting to emerge from the pandemic, in most cases you will currently be issued a monetary refund of your purchase price.
If you have received Store Credit for a cancelled event and wish to exchange it for a monetary refund of your original order value instead please contact our customer support partners by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or using the contact us form/other options on site and they will action that for you.
